Pretty little things in Goa!

Relive the beautiful things in Goa that don’t deserve to be missed!

goa books

This is a second hand book shop at Palolem, located just outside of a souvenir shop. Point to note is that there were more people here than any other shop around! Beach, books and beer: What more does one need!

spices palolem

Queen of spices: Goan food is full of spices and especially chillies.

paragliding at sunset

I want to fly, over the rainbow – so high: Paragliding at sunset, at Colva beach

beautiful souvinear shops

You can find all kinds of souvenirs in Goa. Oh except for fridge magnets, which is not very good, because that is the only kind of souvenirs I like (easy to carry + cheap to buy)

beautiful anjuna

I love this picture: I will tell you why Goan beaches are better than the Caribbeans : the waters are equally blue and wavy, but Goa is cleaner because there’s no sea weeds around here (the black on the shore of this beach is rocks).

Take a short break while traveling from one beach to another, to experience the beauty of Goan villages. We stopped our car just before this bridge, and spent some half an hour at the sidewalk here!

Bridge over Zuari river: We stopped our car just before this bridge, and spent some half an hour at the sidewalk here! Taking short breaks while traveling from one beach to another gave us the time to experience the beauty of Goan villages.

Fireworks at sunset at Palolem beach.

Fireworks at sunset at Palolem beach: The fireworks went on for about 5 minutes (yep, that long) and by the end of it all the shacks had their tables laid out with candle lights and other accessories.

beach castle

Sand castles at the beach!
